University President Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon administered the oath-taking process, formally welcoming the new staff to their respective designations. Meanwhile, present at the event were the three university vice presidents: Dr. Maria Lady Sol A. Suazo, Dr. Rolly G. Salvaleon, and Ms. Catherine F. Salomon, along with Dr. Florife O.
