The Surigao Del Sur State University Administration Library Management administration & staff and students would like to congratulate the Victoria Barangay Reading Center Management headed by its Barangay Captain, Hon. Alison Hangad, Tago, Surigao del Sur for completing the 2018 monthly reports to the National Library of the Philippines, Public Libraries Division (NLP-PLD). The said Barangay Reading Center, as an adopted library of Surigao Del Sur State University will be given a Certificate of Completion on March 21, 2019, during the 2019 National Conference of Librarians in Palawan.
