The occasion was marked by the inspiring words of Engr. Noel M. Ajoc, the esteemed Commencement Speaker. Addressing the graduating class, Engr. The event was graced by the presence of CHED Commissioner Jo Mark Libre, who joined in the celebration of this significant milestone.
