NEMSU conducts Oath-taking Ceremony; President Loayon welcomes Newly Appointed Personnel

To formally proclaim the newly appointed teaching, administrative, and medical personnel, the Oath-taking Ceremony and Orientation of Civil Service Law and Policies were conducted at the Audio Visual Center on May 25, 2023.
Moreover, University President Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon challenged the newly installed staff to become leaders of economic progress and encouraged them to concentrate with work and collaborate with colleagues.
You are at NEMSU; we have high expectations to each and everyone of you to deliver quality and efficient services," the president emphasized.
Meanwhile, Vice President for Administration and Finance Dr. Catherine F. Salomon pointed out the importance of humility, faith, and compassion in the workplace.
It's not the university that will give you the reward, it's the Lord," VP Salomon articulated.
Furthermore, Vice President for Research and Development, Extension, Internalization, Resource Generation, and Auxiliary Services, Dr. Florife O. Urbiztondo explained the importance of familiarizing one's duty, while VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Maria Lady Sol Suazo shed light on the crucial role of communication in the workplace.
"If you have concern, there's this communication line that will put everything in order," VP Suazo accentuated.
Through the ceremony, the newly installed workforce is expected to emulate the ideals NEMSU has established as the epicenter of providing quality education and services in Caraga.
