The North Eastern Mindanao State University recently received the award for Certified Most Sustainable and Liveable University in the Philippines by Nation Builders and MOSLIV Awards 2024, Sustainability Standards Inc. held at the Okada Manila Grand Ballroom on May 3, 2024.
This year's awarding ceremony theme, Patience beyond Power, Vigilance, and Leadership, highlights the qualities essential for building sustainable and liveable communities. NEMSU's commitment to these principles has set it apart as a beacon of excellence in higher education.
President Nemesio G. Loayon, accompanied by Executive Assistant Dr. Mick Mars P. Silvano, accepted the esteemed recognition, which included a medallion, plaque, wall marker, and book.
