The Bachelor of Science in Midwifery of North Eastern Mindanao State University - NEMSU celebrates its 2nd Pinning & Candle Lighting Ceremony. Attending the event are 1st District, Congressman Romeo S. Momo Sr., NEMSU Pres. Nemesio G. Loayon, CAS Dean, Dr. Romeo A. Patan, Guest Speaker - Dr. Reyna Marie Chua-Herrera, guests, faculty, staff and students.
