In a significant stride toward internationalization and global academic collaboration, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙤 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 (𝙉𝙀𝙈𝙎𝙐) 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙙 𝙖 𝙝𝙮𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙙 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙐𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 (𝙈𝙊𝙐) 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙎𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙋𝙫𝙩. 𝙇𝙩𝙙., 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙖, on July 23, 2025.

The event, which took place virtually and was joined by key university officials onsite and online, marked a milestone in NEMSU’s efforts to build robust international linkages and foster collaborative academic initiatives. The partnership aims to promote academic exchange, technological cooperation, and shared research ventures between the two institutions.

Present during the hybrid meeting were NEMSU’s top officials and representatives led by the University President Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon, including Vice Presidents, Campus Directors, the Director and Heads for International Affairs, the Director and Heads for Curriculum Development, the Deans of the College of Information Technology Education (CITE) and College of Engineering Technology (CET), department chairs and program coordinators from CITE and CET, and Legal Unit.

In his remarks, representatives from both institutions highlighted the importance of forging international partnerships to enrich educational programs and provide global opportunities for students and faculty. The MOU signing reaffirms NEMSU’s commitment to expanding its global reach and enhancing academic standards through strategic collaborations.

The university administration has expressed gratitude to all participants for their support and encouraged continued engagement as the partnership with Smart Bridge Educational Services takes its first steps into implementation. This MOU is expected to open doors for student and faculty exchanges, joint training programs, and collaborative research initiatives, further strengthening NEMSU’s vision of becoming a globally engaged institution.
